Well it has been almost a year and it good to see I kept up with this site. Lots has happened but too much to go in to any real detail.

Well I should try and get back to doing this and I think I will try again if not I will just rent out this space for the use a of void :)

Dont know if any of you lot read this but hope you are all cool.

The Rugby World Cup starts on Friday in France. The First match is on Friday France Vs Argentina. England’s first match is against the USA on Saturday in Lens.

Well as most of you are my friends that will read this is that I am going to all the England games. I have never been to a Rugby Match before let alone a international support England. So I shall post up my thoughts and such after each game.

As you might guess I am very existed about this and really looking forward to it!!!

I manged to get 2 tickets to a fan club gig in Brighton Concorde, where just under a week before the Foo Fighters played! If you saw the video of that gig let me just confirm to you that the gig spot is as tiny as it looks. It got very up close and person at this gig most people at the end were ringing the sweat out of their tops outside afterwards.

Anyhew the support band was a most surprising they were very good a tight well rehearsed band not to much. The music was indie ish but what was surprising was that they were all 14 years old!! And they wrote their own stuff. I was very impressed and so did most of the crowd. If I only I had that much talent at that age :)

Bloc Party then took the stag and you could tell they were well up for it, as always. They played everything that I wanted to hear which was lucky, Banquet, Two more years, The Prayer… I really like the place as we were only 5 meters from the front and by the end of it only 2 people were in front of the barrier!!

I have to admit now a days that I love going to gigs more and more, but I do prefer them when they are smaller venues, my favorite being the Brixton Academy! These 20000, or festivals are all well and good but unless you are will to bascily camp down the front for hours and listening to stuff you might not really be interested in then there was no way of really seeing the band, other than the big screens which detracts from the whole point of seeing a band live.

Saying that I have have just got tickets to see Foo Fighters at O2 arena and that hold 20000 people. But for some bands you have to move out the comfort zone for enjoyment.

I was never a fan of cricket until a dear friend of mine and I sat round his house on a Saturday after a night out, and watched the entires days play. We had tea, food and he was there to give me a run down on everything that I wasn’t sure about. From then on I have had a interest in the game.

So when my work mates said they were getting tickets to the One Day International England Vs India I jumped at the chance to see my first cricket match and a International one as well! I must admit I had a great time, we got some pretty good seats and I was worried that we were going to be so far away we couldn’t see but no we had a great view.

I am not going to give you a commentary about what happened at the game, but as you might of heard we won :) and not just by the skin of our teeth!! If you get the chance to go I would really suggest it cause it is such a relaxing day and it is not the kind of game that if you missed a bit you could catch up with what has happened.

One of the best points was the cheering and the banta between the fans, of course there were some that took it too far and were kicked out for it but overall it was a very relaxed and funny crowd. There were are group of India fans behind us that we having a shouting match between so England fans that didn’t understand and started to make some beyond the pale comments. They then started to chant “Monty is a Punjabi” which I lost it at the point in laughing and the wankers had nothing to come back with!!!

Anyway my first cricket match was a great time!

U.A.G your all scratching you heads thinking what the hell is that. Well it stands for University Application Group, this is the new section that I am working until the end of my 2 year training with the I.S department of Portsmouth University.

I have to say that the time has just flown by and the end is insight, but then the fun starts :). We then have what I have come to call the bun fight ahead of us to find out which placement we each get.

So what is it like? well everyone is pretty friendly, and really easy to talk to. If you have a question they will answer it and if they have something that might interest you then they will show it to you. I have been given some areas of responsibility looking in to a web presence for a project, training and doing some business processes.

I think this will keep me pretty busy till December :)

The sun was up and the rain had gone it was time for Amy and Jeff BBQ to begin. And it did, this was for everyone that couldn’t make it out to Italy and a great reason to get very very drunk.

Loads of people turned up mainly our group of friends, but it was great fun, the food was fantastic and the booze was flowing apparently I drank 1/2 a bottle of Vodka but I couldn’t possibly comment on such events.

Amy and Jeff had recently remodeled their garden which looked great lots of shingle and curves, with the sun out and the BBQ going it was perfect. After the sun went down and it became a bit cooler we all moved in side for more drinking and playing games.

I played Matt at GH2 and then on to sing star which I beat him for once at a song I cant remember at the moment. Anyway I have a few pics and I will stick them on Flickr.

Another Stag do!!! I hear you cry, my Toby you are lucky man, and yes I am. Lukes Stag do was great, we were all going up to Gloustershire then all the water arrived and made Phil’s life just a little more interesting than normal.

The original plan was to go up and camp in the field behind Luke’s father in-law to be house. Unfortunately that got rained on but help was at hand and we managed to book in to a lovely little pub that does B&B.

The activates was a hours go karting which was great fun, I was driving more like PGR 3 with my arse out round every corner rather than doing correctly. But Saying that I came 4th over all so all was good.

We then went back to Brian’s place and had a bbq and played on a Wii:) The off back to the rooms get ready and out for drinking and Curry.

It was a great night and my thanks goes to Phil for a great time. Good luck to Luke and Laura on the day, not that they need it!

Well as I seem to be typing up everything more I thought I would change the sites look a bit.

A dramatic change from the last one! This one seems to sit well with me I like the layout and it is a bit darker and edgier than the last.

Hope you like it to let me know.

A couple of weeks back it occurred to me that I was spending out on the gym and not going! I came to the conclusion that it was because I was not being challenged mental and not having someone breathing down my neck so to speak.

I need to be challenged otherwise I get bored, I used to do Kick Boxing many years ago and had a great time doing it. I had to stop due to my exams and I need to concentrate on them at the time. So after spending sometime looking round I found this class in Southampton and another in Petersfield.

I told this to my girlfriend and she promptly replied “have fun”. So I got the details and was gearing up to the class which started on Tuesdays. I also told Amy and Jeff about it, Amy seemed interested and said she join in for a lesson. Jeff was umming and ahhing but final said yeah ok. He also said there better not be any running.

So we arrived and there was a total of 6 of us. The Shifu Shi Yanming, started to warm us up by making us run which Jeff was really chuffed about, then we had to do push up, sit ups and other such activities we warmed up for about 20 mins. At which point I was almost dead and very warm.

It is at moments like this you realise how unfit you really are!!! Anyway we were taugh thow to kick correctly and some of the first couple of forms. But by the end I was dead and ached all over.

But I actually felt good about it. And had a smile on my face :) The classes start up again next week so I will be returning to the class and hopefully getting fitter and learning.

Well a week had passed and the day was drawing nearer. The night before Andi gathered his grooms men around him at his place, where we just sat around eating Pizza and playing games and chatting about old times.

Lots of joke about Andi and lightening bolts and such just to calm his nerves down. Not that it worked :)

Got up early and we all started to clear up, jump in the shower, get dress ready for the off, I had to force some food down Andi neck which I know he loved me for doing it :)

We arrived early and made sure that the vicar knew we were around, then off to the pub we went to have a few before the final push so to speak. Guest started to arrive and drinks were consumed till it was time for some of our responsibility, had to be attened to.

The ceremony went wonderfully, some lovely music and readings, unfortunately Emma who was meant to do a reading didn’t but she didn’t get out of it she had to do it at the reception. The food was great and the music was fab too. A great day all round.
